Reduce the amount of carbonated drinks
The acid in carbonated drinks increases the amount of acid in the blood, causing the body to use available minerals, including calcium, to compensate. If enough calcium is not readily available in the blood, the body will take it from the bones again. So, if you have a daily habit of drinking carbonated drinks, you are having a negative impact on your bones.
Consuming too much tobacco as well as alcohol and caffeine also negatively affects bone density.
Reasonable allocation of calcium
Should learn to absorb calcium intelligently. The body absorbs calcium best not more than 500mg at a time. So, if you are planning to add a large amount of calcium-rich foods and drinks, break up your meals so that your body can absorb them most effectively.
